WELCOME! - Please read
the following rental policies, that are designed to make your vacation with us
an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
RENTAL UNITS - Every
home and condo is privately owned and reflects each owner’s individual
taste. Please advise us of any specific
requirements. You may inspect our
rentals when not occupied. We will be
unable to make substitutions or refunds upon arrival. No exceptions.
RESERVATIONS - We
begin taking reservations on January 2 of each year. Phone reservations are held for 10 days until
deposit has arrived. - We book
Saturday-to-Saturday and some Sunday-to-Sunday. Ask us about early booking!
ADVANCE PAYMENT -
Advance payment of 50% of the rent is required to confirm all reservations. If not
received within 10 days of placing the reservation, your reservation will be cancelled.
Advance payment may be made with check, money
order, and certified funds, Visa or MasterCard. Returned check fee is $25
DAMAGE DEPOSIT - $200.00 - Refunded within 45 days of
checkout.
BALANCE DUE - Final
payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
RESERVATION FEE - A
$30 Reservation Fee will be charged for each rental.
QUOTED PRICES - The
prices quoted for each property are weekly rates for each season.
Nightly rates are available for the Mid- and
Off-Season. Only weekly reservations are
accepted during Prime Season. Along with
the Rental Fee, all rentals are subject to North Carolina Sales and Accommodations
Tax.
CHECK-IN 300-500 P.M. -
Early arrivals may be required to wait. Late arrivals should call ahead for special instructions.
CHECK-OUT 1100 A.M. -
All properties must be vacated and keys returned to Laney Real Estate
Co. no later than 1100 a.m. on the day of check-out.
MAXIMUM NUMBERS - The
maximum number of people that may occupy a unit is the number that can sleep in
existing beds. This rule also applies to
day visitors. Occupancy over capacity
will result in eviction and forfeiture of rent. No House Parties of any kind! We
reserve the right to refuse rental or discontinue occupancy if, in the agency’s
opinion, occupancy is detrimental to the premises. Drive by inspections are made on a regular
basis.
FAMILY GROUPS -
Kure Beach and Wrightsville Beach are family oriented beaches - therefore
we rent only to “family groups.” We will
not accept reservations from any prom groups, fraternities, sororities,
etc. Any group that reserves a property
by giving false information will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
CLEANING - Laney Real
Estate Co. cleans each rental upon departure. The cost of cleaning is included
in the rent for each property. Guests are responsible for washing dishes, discarding any food, and
taking out the trash. Please follow the Departure Check-List posted in each
unit or received at Check-In.
